Job Description
RV Technician Tilton Body Works is looking for an experienced and motivated RV Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems. Responsibilities Perform RV repairs, maintenance, and inspections Diagnose and repair RV components and systems Perform interior and exterior repairs Repair and replace RV roofs, walls, flooring, and other structural components Troubleshoot water leaks and perform water-damage repairs Install and repair RV appliances and components Properly document repairs and communicate issues with management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow quality-control and safety procedures Qualifications Previous RV repair/technician experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid driver's license Skills That Are a PLUS Experience with any of the following is highly desirable but NOT required : HVAC / air conditioning Plumbing 12V/110V electrical systems RV appliances and electrical components RV slide-outs, leveling systems, generators, and other RV systems Don't have experience with all of these? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person who has a strong mechanical background, willingness to learn, and a good work ethic.
