Oil Change Technician Position Summary Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking a career-driven oil change technician to join our customer-focused team. As an automotive technician, you will provide reliable and high-quality preventative maintenance services while delivering exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for automotive service, and are eager to learn and grow within the company. Primary Responsibilities Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services to help keep vehicles safe and properly maintained. Provide friendly, professional customer service while acting as a trusted advisor to guests. Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure the safety of team members and customers.
