$25.00 - $52.00 per hour (based on experience & certifications) Overview Schumacher Chevrolet Auto Group is looking for a skilled and dependable A & B-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. If you have strong diagnostic abilities, hands-on experience with GM vehicles, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform repairs and maintenance on GM vehicles, including: Brakes, suspension, and steering Heating & A/C systems Electrical and drivetrain systems Diagnose issues accurately using GM tools and software Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining top-quality standards Follow all factory and dealership procedures for safety and documentation Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repairs and timelines Assist with road tests when needed to confirm repairs Maintain a clean and organized workspace Stay up to date with GM training and technology What We're Looking For Minimum of 4 years of automotive repair experience (GM experience preferred) GM certifications or willingness to obtain them Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work ASE certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Ongoing GM training and career growth opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan (where applicable)
