Job Summary•Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech for our New Jersey location. This role is responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance services, primarily oil changes and fluid checks, to ensure customer vehicles are running safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities•Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications and company procedures. Inspect and top off fluid levels (e.g., windshield washer fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid). Check tire pressure and inflate to recommended levels. Perform basic vehicle inspections, including checking belts, hoses, and lights. Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and any immediate concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Document services performed accurately on work orders. Job Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Prior experience in automotive service or a related field preferred, but not required. Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
