As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and the Service Department. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's service needs, recommend maintenance and repairs, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Greet customers and create a welcoming experience Listen to customer concerns and identify service needs Recommend maintenance and repair services Prepare accurate repair orders Explain services, pricing and repair recommendations Communicate with technicians and monitor vehicle progress Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Obtain authorization for additional repairs Review completed work with customers Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery Follow up with customers after service Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information Work toward sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus Automotive, dealership, sales or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional and friendly personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to explain automotive services clearly Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed Valid driver's license and good driving record Why Honda of Princeton?
