Automotive Assistant Service Manager / Dispatcher Performance Mazda of Springfield - 2.0 Springfield, NJ Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $100,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Dealership service center experience Auto service management Automotive service record keeping Dealership experience Full Job Description Performance Mazda of Springfield is looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Assistant Service Manager/Dispatcher We have a large well organized service department, state-of-the-art equipment, great working environment and experienced seasoned dedicated technicians. We are looking for someone with dealership service department experience. Reynolds & Reynolds a plus but not mandatory. Duties included, but not limited to: Dispatch repair orders to Technicians. Finalize all customer, warranty and internal repair orders. Code and detail all warranty repair orders. Flag technicians. Monitor and maintain proper paperwork to ensure all comments, punches and flags are correct. Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Understands, keeps abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc Work directly with the Service Director. Additional duties as assigned. Must have positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy. Must be able to work on Saturdays.
