! We are seeking for a qualified Automotive Service Writer/Advisor to join our dynamic team at Springfield Acura. You will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for vehicle repair and maintenance service.
Pay plan includes:
salary, commission, bonuses and spiffs! ( commensurate with experience and achievements )

•Our technicians get up to $75/hour Honda or Acura experience a plus!
Responsibilities:
Taking customer inquiries and service bookings Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle Obtaining authorization for extra work Providing superior customer service Initiates automotive services and repairs by determining performance problems and service requested. Verifying warranty and service contract coverage. Developing estimates and writing repair orders. Maintaining customer rapport and records.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience Effective time management skills Sound knowledge of auto mechanics Administrative skills A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service Spanish speaking is a Plus!
