NO ON-CALL OR WEEKENDS

We are building out our maintenance team and promote from within. What you'll do You'll be a maintenance tech for a portfolio of apartments and single-family rentals in Essex, Hudson, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, and Monmouth counties.

Typical day:

3-5 work orders dispatched to your phone, a mix of resident repairs, unit turns, and preventive maintenance. Minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, locks, and general repairs Turn vacant units to move-in ready Move-in, move-out, and quarterly property inspections Photo-document work in our app (we'll train you on it) Estimate time and materials, flag bigger jobs for vendors What we're looking for 3+ years hands-on maintenance, handyman, or trades experience (apartment maintenance a plus) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Own basic hand tools (we supply power tools and materials) Comfortable working independently and communicating with residents Reliable, shows up, follows through Nice to have, not required EPA 608, boiler, or other trade certifications
