Position Summary:

Habberstad is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion Communicate service status updates clearly and consistently to customers Promote additional maintenance services when appropriate Ensure all repair orders are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership standards Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record
