Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Auto Technician A B C to join our dynamic automotive service team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs including shocks & struts. Repair and replace mechanical systems including transmissions, powertrain components, brakes, and diesel engines. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools to complete repairs efficiently. Diagnose complex problems related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and automotive electrical systems. Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to ensure precise repairs on various vehicle makes, including GM vehicles when applicable. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and communicate repair findings clearly with customers. Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair industry experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of diesel engine repair, transmission repair, and heavy equipment mechanics is highly desirable. Familiarity with ADAS technology, air brake systems, alignment procedures, and suspension repairs. Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding automotive electrical systems. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair devices. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Valid certifications in automotive repair or related fields are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry advancements.
