Job Overview Splash Car Wash are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic/Lube Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Inspect and Diagnose Check brake pads, rotors, drums, shoes, calipers, and hydraulic lines for wear, damage, or leaks. Repair and Replace Change brake pads and shoes, resurface or replace rotors and drums, and swap out calipers, master cylinders, and brake lines. System Maintenance Perform brake fluid flushes, bleed hydraulic systems, and test anti-lock braking systems (ABS). Customer Communication Explain technical issues and repair costs clearly to customers and service advisors. Safety & Compliance Test-drive vehicles and adhere to OSHA, EPA, and shop safety standards.
