What you'll do: Greet customers like you'd greet a neighbor — friendly, honest, no pressure Write up repair orders and walk people through what their vehicle needs in plain language Work closely with our technicians and parts team to keep things running smoothly Follow up and keep customers in the loop, start to finish Recommend maintenance because it's the right thing to do, not because it's a sales pitch What we're looking for: Service advisor experience preferred, but we're happy to consider someone with strong people skills and a willingness to learn the ropes Someone dependable, organized, and comfortable in a busy shop A team player who takes pride in their work and cares about doing right by customers Valid driver's license and clean driving record What we offer: Competitive commission pay plan A close-knit team and a dealership that's been part of this community for the long haul
