Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs efficiently. Work with diesel engines, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and heavy equipment mechanics when required. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems effectively. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional automotive service while adhering to safety standards and quality procedures. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in automotive repair industry settings. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools. Expertise in diesel engine repair, transmission repair, suspension system repair, brake repair, and auto body repair. Familiarity with ADAS technology and auto estimating processes. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair instruments. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement. Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Experience working on GM vehicles or heavy equipment mechanics is a plus but not required.
