10/12/2026 Onsite | Contract We're looking for an experienced Mechanic I to support high-speed manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on position focused on troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment setup. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain electro-mechanical production equipment Perform equipment setups and changeovers Complete scheduled preventative maintenance Troubleshoot electrical circuitry using schematics and test equipment Read, understand, and modify Siemens PLC programs Read electrical schematics and mechanical/dimensional blueprints Work with pneumatics, control electricity, diagnostic instruments, and meters Provide technical support for multiple high-speed assembly machines Perform safety checks and follow lockout procedures Document maintenance activities and communicate engineering issues Perform machine shop operations and maintain tools and spare parts Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency, processes, and costs Train new employees on manufacturing techniques and procedures Maintain product quality standards by identifying malfunctions, adjusting controls, and replacing tooling Maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical knowledge in Electronics Technology, Mechanics, Industrial Technology, Machine, or a related area At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably clean room Proficiency with electrical schematics, mechanical/dimensional blueprints, mechanics, pneumatics, and control electricity Machine shop skills Skilled with diagnostic instruments and meters Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills Detail-oriented, hands-on, and resourceful problem solver Effective computer file management and web skills Ability to work shifts Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
