Job Description
Master Technician - Automotive Dealership The Master Technician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional automotive service through advanced diagnostic abilities, high‑level mechanical expertise, and a commitment to quality repairs. This position supports a variety of vehicle brands—including Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, & Fiat—and requires comprehensive knowledge of modern automotive systems and manufacturer standards. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and performance with an additional $3000 sign on bonus! Complete repairs and maintenance following OEM procedures and industry standards. Utilize advanced technology, scan tools, and specialized equipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all services performed, parts used, and recommended repairs. Stay current with manufacturer training and evolving automotive technologies. Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably at the Master or advanced level. Manufacturer certifications (Stellantis) or willingness to complete brand‑specific training. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
