Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and interpret schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, wiring, suspension and air conditioning systems. Maintain and repair vehicles with precision and efficiency. Execute repairs, alignments, and maintenance tasks following manufacturer specifications. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical issues across vehicle systems. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and system inspections to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Skilled in using automotive diagnostic tools for accurate problem identification. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle suspension system repair, powertrain components, transmissions, and vehicle systems. Familiarity with auto estimating processes and service technician experience preferred. Some experience working with modern automotive electronics and electrical systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and clear communication.
