This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with on-call responsibilities and occasional travel to service calls. We're a family-oriented company offering a competitive wage and benefits package . Prior mechanic experience is preferred. Requirements ‍ 1+ year of mechanic experience (Preferred) Valid NYS Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel (Approx. 25%) On-call availability, including weekends & overtime Key Responsibilities Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance/repair Schedule and coordinate preventive/emergency services across Moravia, Cortland & Utica terminals Transport vehicles, tools, or parts as needed Maintain and track inventory of parts, tools, and supplies Maintain accurate service records and reports Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and planning abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving Knowledge of tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment Ability to manage paperwork and fleet management software Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Tools & Technology Fleet management software Standard mechanic tools, lifts, power tools Office equipment (printer, fax, scanner) ‍ Physical & Environmental Demands Ability to lift 50-100 lbs frequently Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing Work indoors and outdoors in various conditions Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, oils, and moving machinery Benefits 401(k)
