Automotive Service Advisor with New Car Dealership Experience to join our team of skilled professionals! We are one of the highest volume Service Departments in the region! REALISTIC INCOME EXPECTATION IS

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Service Technician personnel, and monitor their performance
• Achieve the goals and objectives set for you.
• Excel in a fast pace work environment with exceptional time management skills.
• Stay current on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures and serve as a liaison with the factory representatives.
• Maintain high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
