Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles operate smoothly and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse automotive technologies, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), powertrain components, and electrical systems, in a fast-paced environment that values technical proficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain powertrain components, including transmissions, engines (including diesel engines), and vehicle suspension systems. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems effectively. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations with precision. Repair vehicle transmission systems, drive axles, and other mechanical components while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete repairs in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly, offering professional advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, including the use of specialized diagnostic tools and software. Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems such as electrical wiring, powertrain, suspension, brakes, and transmissions. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures for both gasoline and diesel engines. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately. Familiarity with ADAS technology and ability to calibrate or repair these advanced driver-assistance features. Strong customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities. Valid mechanic license or certification preferred; relevant technical training is a plus.
