AB_5056381 We are seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to ensure our building equipment, utilities, and structure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will handle routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and complete emergency repairs across the facility. Basic working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. (Having own tools is a plus!) Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing (leaks, fixtures) and electrical issues (switches, outlets, lighting). Inspect machinery, pumps, motors, and facility equipment daily to identify wear or malfunctions.

No Degree Required Responsibilities Diagnostics & Inspection:

Run electronic diagnostic scans, perform test drives, and visually inspect engine, transmission, steering, and braking systems to identify faults.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform scheduled fluid changes (oil, coolant, transmission), filter replacements, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and tune-ups.

System Repairs:

Repair or replace worn and defective components, including brake pads, rotors, shocks, struts, belts, hoses, and exhaust systems.

Electrical Work:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, battery systems, alternators, starters, and sensors.

Documentation & Compliance:

Log completed repairs and maintenance tasks accurately, adhere to local safety regulations, and safely dispose of hazardous fluids.
