Fleet Maintenance Technician JLM Landscapes - 5.0 Barberton, OH Job Details Full-time $20 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Fabrication Vehicle mechanics for truck drivers Driver's License Attention to detail Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician / Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing company trucks, landscaping equipment, and snow removal equipment, along with handling a wide range of mechanical issues. Welding experience is required. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and has strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company trucks and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently Maintain and repair landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Maintain and repair snow removal equipment (plows, salt spreaders, skid steers, etc.) Complete welding repairs and fabrication as needed Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Keep accurate records of work performed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Experience with truck and equipment maintenance Knowledge of landscaping and snow removal equipment Welding experience (MIG, stick, or TIG preferred) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Valid driver's license required
