What You'll Do as a

Service Technician:

Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently Address customer concerns through proper diagnosis, repair, and quality control Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards Complete repair orders and assigned work efficiently and within established time expectations Perform thorough vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance or repairs Maintain accurate documentation for repair orders, timekeeping, electronic inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work Stay current on manufacturer technical information, service procedures, and technical bulletins Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations As a

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Previous automotive service technician experience preferred ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely and properly Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
