If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future! Job Purpose Equipment Service Technician responsible for maintaining of equipment. This includes responding to equipment emergency downtime, troubleshooting for root cause and repair as needed. Key Accountabilities Ability to troubleshoot and repair: Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems Interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints Complete assigned work orders and support production members in achieving the lines run rate efficiency Document daily (all) activity and information in Equipment Management Systems (Maximo) Support weekend preventative maintenance, repair and plant shutdown activities as well as new equipment installations and equipment modifications Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Two-year degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent equipment maintenance experience Minimum Experience Preferred 3 months of relevant experience Other Job-Specific Skills Problem analysis skills, Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Time management Working Conditions Manufacturing Environment Potential 5-10 hours overtime per week possible Weekend and Holiday work may be required Travel 2-3 weeks for training or other equipment issues 90% Standing vs sitting Moderate lifting may be required 16 hr.
