JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive repair and diagnostic experience 5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred Manufacturer certifications and/or ASE certifications are a plus High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Positive, professional attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance accurately and efficiently according to repair orders and manufacturer standards Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete authorized repairs Communicate regularly with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel to effectively manage workflow Perform multi-point inspections and make appropriate recommendations for vehicle safety, maintenance and reliability Properly document all work performed on repair orders Maintain an appropriate inventory of personal technician tools Stay current on technical service information, diagnostic procedures and industry advancements Participate in manufacturer and dealership training when applicable Help provide an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship Ready to take your automotive career further?
