Job Requirements:
Servicing off road heavy diesel equipment such as front-end loaders, dozers, cable and hydraulic cranes and off-highway trucks. Will perform welding activities including screening plant repairs, bucket rebuilds for cutting edges and shanks and also general repair and fabrication in a heavy equipment shop. The focus of this position is on meeting and exceeding high standards of accuracy and quality based on established systems, technologies and guidelines. Strength in technical problem solving based on expertise and experience, and a strong commitment to efficiently achieve high quality results is required. A thoughtful, persevering, self-disciplined approach to achieving accurate, detailed work is essential. This job allows for autonomy and independence and is primarily self-reliant. Knowledge of screening/sizing separator plant maintenance is a plus as well as welding cutting and light fabrication. Trouble shooting in the area of hydraulics and electrical repair as it applies to heavy off-road equipment and vehicle systems. Experience working in a steel mill, aggregate, or heavy construction is preferred Must demonstrate a strong commitment to working safely Must be able to demonstrate a history of reliable attendance Must be willing to work night and weekend shifts as needed Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening TMS International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
