Immediate Openings Available Wagner Energy Services is currently hiring Field Technicians and CDL Drivers to support our oil and gas and industrial field operations throughout the region. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, working with their hands, and being part of a field crew. Previous oil and gas or industrial experience is required for our Field Technician positions. We are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and are ready to learn. We are also looking for experienced Class B CDL Drivers to support our field operations. Job Responsibilities Depending on your position and job assignment, responsibilities may include: Torque and tension work on industrial equipment and piping systems Pressure testing equipment and systems Cleaning frac tanks and other industrial tanks Assisting with oil and gas field operations Transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites Safely operating company commercial vehicles Performing equipment and vehicle inspections Completing required job and vehicle documentation Following company, DOT, and job site safety requirements Working alongside supervisors and experienced field personnel Maintaining a safe and professional work environment Field Technician Qualifications Previous oil and gas, industrial, construction, or field service experience is required Willingness to learn and complete company-provided training Ability to perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Safety-focused attitude CDL Driver Qualifications Valid Class B CDL Required Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles Commitment to safe driving and job site safety Ability to complete required inspections and documentation Previous oil and gas or industrial experience is a plus Pay & Benefits $20.00-$36.00 per hour Pay is based on position, experience, qualifications, and applicable licenses.

Candidates must be available for a 24/7 on-call schedule . Long hours may be required depending on project demands, and overtime opportunities are available. Work schedules may vary based on field operations. Travel Occasional travel may be required. Overnight stays are rare but may occur a few times per year. Hotel accommodations are provided when overnight travel is necessary.
