Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Camper / RV Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you love working with your hands, solving mechanical and technical problems, and helping customers get back on the road in their RVs and campers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, generators, slide-outs, leveling systems, and chassis components. Perform routine maintenance, winterization, and inspections on travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A/B/C motorhomes, and pop-ups. Troubleshoot and repair roof leaks, interior/exterior damage, awning systems, and propane systems. Install accessories and upgrades (solar, inverters, entertainment systems, etc.). Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair status clearly with customers. Keep accurate service records and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in RV, camper, trailer, or heavy vehicle repair (automotive or diesel experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of 12V/110V electrical systems, plumbing, and LP gas systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and maneuver in tight spaces. Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
