If you diagnose through proper testing (scan tools, wiring diagrams, service info) instead of guessing and throwing parts, and you want a shop where you can build a career without giving up your life, this ad is for you. Diagnostic ability is a must. Engine performance, electrical and electronic systems, driveability — the problems other shops send away. Experience is strongly preferred, but drive to improve matters just as much: we invest in training, and ASE progress is written directly into the pay scale. Compensation — the whole scale, up front Hourly base by level, plus a production bonus on every hour at tier volume (Tier 1: 32-38.99 billed hrs

We publish this because we'd want to see it too. The schedule Hybrid 4-day work week. Two Fridays each month the entire shop closes — two built-in 3-day weekends, every month.
