Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lead Powersports Technician and take charge of delivering exceptional service, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of powersports vehicles, including UTVs, ATVs, and other recreational engines. In this energetic leadership role, you will be part of the service department's technical operations, mentor junior technicians, and ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of safety and performance. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, foster team growth, and uphold our reputation for quality and reliability in the powersports industry. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily service operations, ensuring timely and accurate repairs on powersports engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and electrical diagnostics to identify root causes efficiently. Perform comprehensive repairs including engine system overhaul, suspension adjustments and assembly of various vehicle parts. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Experience Proven dealership experience with a strong background in powersports or automotive repair. Extensive hands-on experience as a service technician specializing in engine system repair, electrical diagnostics, brake repair, suspension work, and vehicle assembly. Demonstrated knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems. Familiarity with UTV operation and all-terrain vehicle repair techniques is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to build trust with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs. Prior experience in a fast-paced automotive or powersports environment is a plus.
