Automotive Technician

• Customer Service Associate This role is for a Lube Technician at our Springboro Jiffy Lube store who focuses on customer experience .

This technician is similar to a Service Writer as they welcome customers, explain the service, review the vehicle inspection results, and educate on what services their vehicle requires. Previous experience as retail associate or other customer-focused role preferred. Automotive experience is not needed, this can be taught. Lube Tech Summary Quick Lube Technicians are responsible for vehicle maintenance and light care services such as oil changes and tire rotations. They work in a team of 4-7 technicians in order to service a car in about 15 minutes on average. Responsibilities

• Oil level inspection, drain, & fill
• Tire pressure inspection & correction
• Fluids level inspection & refill
• Complete vehicle inspection & report
• Oil filter plug & filter installation
• Clean and lubricate fittings
• Tire rotation service

• No previous experience required. Jiffy Lube's award-winning training program will get you up to speed and certify you as a Lube Technician.
• Must be physically able to perform the responsibilities of the Lube Technician.
