Full Job Description Job Purpose:

•MASTER is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance and repair services on a variety of truck models. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to meet safety and performance standards, thereby supporting the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on trucks to identify mechanical issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace faulty parts and components, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems. Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide comprehensive service solutions. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and solutions to clients.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in automotive technology is preferred.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, preferably with trucks. Experience working with diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues. Previous experience in a dealership or service center environment is advantageous.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools required for vehicle repair. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in an automotive repair setting. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
