Rouen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, located just outside of Toledo, Ohio in Woodville, is looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and services
• Explain repair processes and estimated timelines to customers
• Generate repair orders and obtain necessary approvals
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding updates on their vehicles
• Collect payment for services rendered, including cash handling

Skills:

• Previous Dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including air brake, diesel engine repair, tire service, oil change, shocks struts, brake repair, transmission, and suspension
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
• Ability to align customer needs with appropriate repair solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document vehicle issues and repair recommendations
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
