Rouen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located in Woodville Ohio, just outside of Toledo, is looking to add a team member as an Automotive Parts Advisor. Stellantis parts counter experience is a plus! This person is responsible for customer service and retail sales and is expected to have in depth knowledge of parts and accessories they sell. This includes knowledge of pricing, availability, compatibility with other parts, etc. We are looking for someone with at least one year of dealership or aftermarket parts experience.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Complete special order part request for the customer Communicate with customer on parts status Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
