Weekly Introduction We are seeking an experienced Automotive Transmission Technician in Broken Arrow, OK. This A-Level or strong B-Level opportunity pays $30-$35 per flat rate hour based on experience, with earning potential up to $40 per flat rate hour for top talent. Enjoy a Monday-Thursday schedule, three-day weekends, weekly pay, and a clean, climate-controlled facility where approximately 90% of the work is transmission-focused. Key Responsibilities Perform transmission removal and replacement (R&R) accurately and efficiently. Diagnose and repair transmission-related concerns. Identify drivability and performance issues related to transmission systems. Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings. Perform high-quality repairs while meeting established shop standards. Collaborate with the team to keep repair work moving efficiently. Follow established shop procedures and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Qualifications Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience. Strong hands-on transmission repair and replacement experience. A-Level or strong B-Level technical background preferred. Strong transmission diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Dealership or heavy line experience is a plus. Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred. Dependable, accountable, and committed to quality workmanship.
