The Tools & Systems You'll Use Digital Workflow:
100% Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) for transparency and higher approvals
Point of Sale:
Fully integrated POS system using
Tekmetric Parts Procurement:
PartsTech integration for fast, accurate parts sourcing
Communication:
Integrated text, photo, and video updates to build trust and close sales
Shop Infrastructure:
Strong marketing, high car count, and free customer towing to keep your schedule full
What You'll Do Customer Experience:
Greet customers, understand concerns, and set clear expectations
Sales & Recommendations:
Present repair options confidently using DVI photos, videos, and tech notes
Workflow Management:
Prioritize jobs, coordinate with techs, and maintain efficient shop flow
Estimate Building:
Create accurate, transparent estimates using our digital tools
Communication:
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Quality Control:
Ensure every vehicle is delivered with a clear explanation of work performed
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with technicians to maximize shop output and customer satisfaction
