Responsibilities Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance Conduct oil changes using hand tools and power tools efficiently while explaining the service to customers Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections and fluid top-offs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Skills Dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle maintenance and repair procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to lift heavy tires and parts safely during service procedures Knowledge of tire service, oil change procedures, wheel alignment, and general vehicle maintenance tasks preferred but not required.
