We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Auto Mechanic to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly, whether they drive traditional gasoline engines, diesel engines, or advanced automotive electrical systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse vehicle models, including GM vehicles, and to utilize your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, powertrain systems, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments. Conduct specialized repairs on diesel engines and automotive engine systems to ensure peak performance. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical repairs and system troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely to complete repairs efficiently. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and brake replacements with precision. Diagnose ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features and perform calibration or repairs as needed. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers while providing excellent customer service. Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures including manual handling and heavy lifting activities Experience Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance across various vehicle makes and models. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics equipment and interpreting schematics is essential. Skilled in repairing automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and electronic modules. Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and diesel engine repair techniques is advantageous. Mechanical repair expertise including engine overhaul, powertrain work, welding, and heavy lifting is required. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
