This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles of all makes and models, including advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can work independently and help mentor less-experienced technicians. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, and drivability concerns. Perform advanced maintenance and repair services according to manufacturer specifications. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations. Use diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify and resolve vehicle issues. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Assist and mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians as needed. Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. Qualifications 5+ years of automotive repair experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across multiple vehicle systems. ASE Certifications are preferred; Master Technician certification is a plus. Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Must own a complete set of professional automotive tools.
