Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering fast, reliable vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential fluid replacements, oil changes, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will help ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition, while you gain valuable hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and maintenance. Duties Perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and speed. Conduct minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, filter replacements, and belt adjustments using hand tools and power tools. Assist with wheel alignments and tire services to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards while handling heavy lifting and mechanical tasks. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently. Support overall vehicle maintenance operations by assisting senior technicians with more complex repairs when needed. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, automotive fluid replacement, oil change procedures, and basic mechanical repairs. Experience in automotive diagnostics, alignment, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about vehicle needs. Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety protocols is essential for success in this role.
