• Diagnose complex drivability and performance concerns
• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, and communication network issues
• Analyze scan tool data and vehicle system information
• Diagnose intermittent and difficult-to-duplicate concerns
• Develop accurate repair plans and recommendations
• Verify repairs and ensure vehicles are fixed correctly the first time
• Work on a variety of domestic and Asian vehicles
• Assist with challenging diagnostic cases when needed What We're Looking For
• Strong automotive diagnostic experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with drivability, engine performance, and electrical diagnostics
• Ability to interpret scan data and testing results accurately
• Experience using modern diagnostic equipment and service information
• Own basic tools
• Valid and insurable driver's license
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
