Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated RV Technician to join our growing service team. Whether you're an experienced tech or eager to start a career in RV repair, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on problem-solving. As an RV Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, ensuring our customers can hit the road with confidence. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas, and appliances. Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and maintenance on new and used RVs. Conduct light carpentry, trim work, and structural repairs as needed. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines. Document repairs using our service management guidelines, including before/after photos. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols. Move RVs in and out of service bays as needed. (Not required•but we can teach you how to pull and back up RVs if you haven't) Maintain a positive attitude and keep our team a fun one to work with. If you're willing to learn and work hard you are a great candidate even with no RV experience.
Qualifications Required:
Mechanical aptitude and experience in some form such as auto, construction, handy-man work, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Willing to teach the right candidate): 1+ years of RV repair experience or RV Technical Institute (RVTI) certification. Familiarity with 12V/120V electrical systems, HVAC, or plumbing. Benefits Competitive pay not based on flat-rate or productivity percentage. This is crucial for the slower months where some RV Techs are making very little, we pay the same wage. As experience and productivity go up•so does pay. Paid time off (5 days sick leave, resetting annually as well as 1-3 weeks paid vacation based on length of employment) Paid holidays (7 per year).
