Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Heavy Equipment Oiler/Lube Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate a heavy-duty service truck and travel directly to job sites to perform preventative maintenance on our fleet of CAT equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers). Because you will transport and manage bulk oils, fuels, and fluids, a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements is required for this position. This is a highly valued position and vital to maximizing our equipment uptime, keeping jobs on schedule, and ensuring safety across our operations.

Duties Preventative Maintenance Equipment Lubrication:

Field Inspections Minor Repairs Fluid Safety & Compliance Assist others in shop and field as needed

Requirements Licensing:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements (or X endorsement)

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, diesel mechanics, or a similar industrial field environment. Strong understanding of diesel engines, heavy equipment hydraulic systems, and proper lubrication techniques. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb onto large machinery, and work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions.
