We specialize in the service, diagnostics, and repair of Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, and other European vehicles , with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for an experienced technician looking for more than simply their next job. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician with approximately 2-5+ years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience . The ideal candidate is thorough, confident in their abilities, and takes pride in both the quality of their repairs and the accuracy of their vehicle inspections. European automotive experience is strongly preferred, and prior dealership or European specialty shop experience is a significant plus. We provide access to high-quality diagnostic equipment, repair information, and training to help our technicians continue developing their skills.
Compensation & Benefits Expected Annual Compensation:
$70,000
  • 100,000 Compensation is based on experience, skill level, productivity, and overall contribution to the shop, and is a blend of guaranteed salary + bonus opportunities.

Utilize professional diagnostic equipment and software to accurately identify vehicle concerns. Perform thorough vehicle inspections and identify current and future maintenance and repair needs. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Verify repairs and ensure vehicles are completed correctly before returning them to the customer. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians regarding diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and timelines. Contribute positively to a professional, team-oriented shop environment. Qualifications 2-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi/VW, Volvo, or other European brands preferred Dealership or European specialty shop experience is a plus Proficiency with modern automotive diagnostic equipment and software Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections and clearly document findings Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to producing quality work and providing an excellent customer experience Why Join Us?
