Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and customer service, with a focus on providing top-notch service.Responsibilities:
- Install new tires and wheels
- Inspecting tires on customer vehicles and making tire repairs when needed.
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for additional service needs
- Complete vehicle maintenance checklists
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a tire technician required.
- Proficiency with power tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and service procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
