Experienced Automotive Technician Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and repairing vehicles, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles of a wide variety of makes and models. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential problems and recommend necessary repairs. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint issues and ensure precise repairs. Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain repairs needed and provide estimates for services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an automotive technician. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Certification from an accredited automotive technical school is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
