Job Description

Centerline Drilling Inc. is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our fleet and equipment properly maintained, safe, and ready to support our crews in the field. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance services as outlined on work orders. Change engine oil and filters. Inspect, top off, and service vehicle and equipment fluid levels. Check and adjust tire pressure. Rotate tires as required. Grease equipment and vehicles according to maintenance schedules. Replace air, fuel, hydraulic, and cabin filters. Collect and label oil and fluid samples. Replace windshield wiper blades. Perform basic visual inspections and report maintenance concerns or defects to the Shop Manager. Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and safe. Properly use and care for company tools and equipment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow work orders, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DMV driving record check. Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional weekend work as needed. No overnight travel required.
