Job Description

Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various automotive electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and diesel engines using advanced automotive diagnostics tools. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs, transmission work, wheel alignments, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to complete repairs efficiently. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify issues related to suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical systems; ensure all work meets safety standards. Assist with auto estimating processes by accurately assessing repair needs and parts requirements. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Solid knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, vehicle alignment procedures, and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with FOREIGN vehicles or similar makes is preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic software and troubleshooting tools for automotive diagnostics. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
