The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are operating at peak performance.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN RECORD

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automotive issues Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, test drives, full car care, etc.. Complete auto estimating for repair costs and parts needed for service. Work exclusively with Mercedes Benz and Sprinter Vans. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Ability to interpret diagnostic data. Skills Proficient in vehicle maintenance and repair techniques. Strong understanding of powertrain systems and automotive electrical systems. Experience with auto estimating processes. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair order software. Familiarity with Mercedes Benz and Sprinters vehicles is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
