We're looking for an experienced and thorough Automotive Technician with a focus on high level customer experience. We have been in business for 40 years and are looking to grow further than we've ever grown in the past. With locations in Hillsboro and Sherwood, we seek to provide exceptional service for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, and Volvo. Position Summary We're seeking a motivated, skilled Automotive Technician with a minimum 2-5 years of experience in automotive repair and diagnostics. This is a great opportunity to grow with a trusted and established shop offering leadership potential and excellent pay . In addition, we will provide training to support your professional development. Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on a variety of Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Volvo Models. Utilize the highest quality diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues. Be a solver, and be thorough with vehicle inspections to ensure the customer doesn't leave without knowing what is needed on their vehicle. Ensure quality and efficiency in all repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years as an automotive technician. Experience with BMW, Mercedes, Porsche a plus Dealer experience a plus, or a thorough mindset when inspecting a vehicle Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.

$30-$40/hour guarantee, based on experience plus flat rate bonus incentives for hours produced.
