Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Toyota Express Lube Technician to join our growing service team. In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you will perform high-quality, routine maintenance services on guest vehicles. Your efficiency and precision will ensure our customers get back on the road quickly and safely. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for automotive enthusiasts looking to jumpstart their career.

Key Responsibilities Routine Maintenance:

Perform prompt and accurate lube, oil, and filter changes.

Multi-Point Inspections:

Complete comprehensive vehicle safety checks, including inspecting brake linings, steering components, and looking for leaks or damages under the vehicle.

Fluid Management:

Check, top off, or flush essential fluids including windshield washer, power steering, transmission, and engine coolant.

Tire and Battery Services:

Check tire pressure, execute tire rotations, balance tires, and perform battery diagnostic tests.

Clear Communication:

Document all work performed and report additional needed repairs or safety hazards directly to the Service Advisors.

Quality and Cleanliness:

Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and free of fluid residue. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal work bay.

Compliance:

Adhere strictly to dealership procedures, Toyota factory specifications, and local safety/hazardous waste guideline

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in an express lube or automotive service environment is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Skills:

Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a routine pre-employment background and drug screening.

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
